As Sales Manager, Nicole leads with a deep understanding of client needs and a passion for building lasting partnerships. Matt Anderson
Dye Sublimation Graphics Manager

Matt brings over 25 years of experience in durable graphics production to his role as Dye Sublimation Graphics Manager at FitUSA. Since joining the team in 2019, he has played a key role in ensuring that every design is print-ready, color-accurate, and production-optimized — helping bring each customer’s vision to life with precision and consistency.
Known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, Matt is passionate about the craft of sublimation and the impact great graphics can have. “I take pride in making sure every piece we produce meets the highest standards — because that’s what our clients deserve.”

Petra Iston
Lead Designer
With FitUSA Since 2018
As Lead Designer, Petra creates seasonal products, custom uniforms, and promotional campaigns, while managing the look of the website and social media. Her background in advertising includes work with agencies like MUW Saatchi & Saatchi and Citadela, and high-profile campaigns such as the 2010 European Champions and 2011 World Champions for Canoe Slalom.
Petra loves transforming ideas into visuals that connect: “The creative freedom here allows me to bring our customers’ visions to life and collaborate with an amazing team.”

Suzy Zimmerman
Production Sewing Manager

As Production Sewing Manager, Suzy oversees pattern making and grading, sets up markers for cutting, and ensures the sewing floor runs smoothly. With 35 years of experience in sewing and 25 years of pattern making and grading, she’s been a key part of FitUSA since Troy purchased the company in 2015.
Suzy loves seeing the finished products in the real world: “It’s incredibly rewarding to say, ‘Yes, we made that.’ It’s always fulfilling to contribute to something that’s used and appreciated out there.”

Ernesto Martinez
Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Ernesto is a seasoned logistics professional and combat veteran with over 12 years of military experience. As a former United States Army Staff Sergeant, he developed expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and team leadership under high-pressure conditions.
Since joining FitUSA in 2021, Ernesto has brought his disciplined, mission-driven approach to managing day-to-day warehouse operations, overseeing personnel, and streamlining inventory systems. He is committed to fostering efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in every aspect of his work.
